OSAConsensus

Research use only. OSAConsensus is an integrated reanalysis resource for public obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) and chronic intermittent hypoxia (CIH) transcriptomic data. Despite the name, it is not a clinical consensus statement or practice guideline and provides no diagnosis or treatment advice. Every program set carries its evidence-tier label; sets that failed cross-cohort or held-out validation are labelled as such next to the data.

Gene-set scorer

Paste a gene list (one symbol per line; an optional second column with a logFC or direction sign enables direction-concordance testing) and score it against every program set and cohort DEG panel in the resource. Enrichment is a hypergeometric test against the panel's measured background; concordance is a binomial test on the overlapping genes with known directions on both sides. All computation runs locally in your browser; nothing is uploaded. Panels keep their Step 7 tier labels and warnings — a high score against a single-cohort or revoked-calibre panel is not cross-cohort evidence.

Your gene list — one symbol per line, optional second column = logFC or +/−

Method note: hypergeometric enrichment uses each panel's own measured gene universe (shown per panel). This is the same overlap logic as the Steps 3/6 concordance analyses; the permutation-strengthened adjudications in the manuscript remain the primary statistics — treat scorer p-values as screening values.
