Research use only. OSAConsensus is an integrated reanalysis resource for public obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) and chronic intermittent hypoxia (CIH) transcriptomic data. Despite the name, it is not a clinical consensus statement or practice guideline and provides no diagnosis or treatment advice. Every program set carries its evidence-tier label; sets that failed cross-cohort or held-out validation are labelled as such next to the data.
Datasets
Frozen census of Step 1, downloaded and GSM-verified in Step 2 (34/34 series; 1,032 samples reconciled exactly). Layers: human CORE 11 series / 352 samples; animal strict CORE 14 / 249; animal disease-background layer 8 / 143; acute panel GSE214530 (288) always kept separate and never pooled. The external adenoid atlas (Yang et al., EMBO Mol Med 2026) is not a GEO series and is listed separately at the bottom.
Frozen curation table (Step 2 verified). Animal rows additionally show the mined CIH protocol (Step 2, per-field sourced from the original papers).
External adenoid atlas — Zenodo 16744164 (Yang et al., EMBO Mol Med 2026): 23 donors (Control 4 / Mild 7 / Moderate 6 / Severe 6), 238,500 cells in the deposited packages (238,093 annotated in Step 4). Processed expression matrices only; a TCR/BCR (VDJ) component was NOT verified and is not used anywhere in this resource.
GSE293433 was held out by design through Steps 3–6 and was opened for the first time in Step 7 as the pre-declared validation set. It is now a used dataset, not an untouched hold-out.
