OSAConsensus
EN 中文
Research use only. OSAConsensus is an integrated reanalysis resource for public obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) and chronic intermittent hypoxia (CIH) transcriptomic data. Despite the name, it is not a clinical consensus statement or practice guideline and provides no diagnosis or treatment advice. Every program set carries its evidence-tier label; sets that failed cross-cohort or held-out validation are labelled as such next to the data.

CPAP reversal & animal recovery arms

Human CPAP reversal (program scores, pre vs post / stage) beside the only two animal recovery arms. The two sides are asymmetric by design — different metrics and denominators — and are shown for direction and return-proportion only; cross-side proportion comparison is not permitted (Step 6 ruling). Headline: consistent reversal exists only inside GSE283703 (long CPAP); pooled across designs, P283 reversal is not significant (gene-set permutation p = 0.149) — “CPAP generally reverses the program” is not supported.
