OSAConsensus

Research use only. OSAConsensus is an integrated reanalysis resource for public obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) and chronic intermittent hypoxia (CIH) transcriptomic data. Despite the name, it is not a clinical consensus statement or practice guideline and provides no diagnosis or treatment advice. Every program set carries its evidence-tier label; sets that failed cross-cohort or held-out validation are labelled as such next to the data.

Adenoid severity explorer

The external adenoid atlas (23 donors, four severity grades) reanalysed in Step 4: 238,093 annotated cells, 17 cell types. The severity gradient is FDR-null at tissue level (0 trend-FDR genes; no composition shift survives correction) but nominally diffuse and real (≈3.4× chance at trend p < 0.01), converging on the T-cell compartment. The nominal 720-gene program below is a nominal-tier set — never cite it at FDR calibre. The tonsil cohort GSE274855 did not replicate it (design-bounded negative: no healthy arm, CPAP+ n = 3).

CellChat (exploratory, pooled Control 4 vs Severe 6 donors): interaction count ≈ unchanged (2,572 vs 2,507), total strength −20% in Severe. The immune–epithelial axis is dominated by MIF–CD74, whose Severe probability drops ≈ 9× (0.00919 → 0.00098), the largest change among 40 pathways. Exploratory calibre only.
