OSAConsensus
EN 中文
Research use only. OSAConsensus is an integrated reanalysis resource for public obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) and chronic intermittent hypoxia (CIH) transcriptomic data. Despite the name, it is not a clinical consensus statement or practice guideline and provides no diagnosis or treatment advice. Every program set carries its evidence-tier label; sets that failed cross-cohort or held-out validation are labelled as such next to the data.

Gene query

One gene, its full cross-species record: human blood and adipose cohort effects, per-cohort animal ortholog responses (program-set genes, from the Step 6 response table), the adenoid severity gradient, and PBMC cell-type effects (GSE214865). Empty sections mean the gene was not measured / not in that table — absence is shown, never filled in.
